Rockefeller Foundation Standards Workshops, June 10-15 2021

We are excited to have partnered with the Rockefeller Foundation to conduct a series of Workshops on Genomic Surveillance Standards Development. The Workshop Prospectus — or “Strawperson” is here. The slides of the plenary session from June 15 are here.

Genomic Surveillance Process Model

A key result of the workshops was a refined Genomic Surveillance Process Model, reproduced here. The model suggests distinct areas of standards development, which will be shared as part of the final report.
